1. Must be over 18 years of age.
   Boy and girl under 18 must have both parents sign.
   Boy and girl under 16 must have both parents sign and have judge's consent.
   
   
2. Must produce birth certificates and picture ID. Both parties must be present.
   
   
3. Must wait 72 hours after receiving license to be married. License is good for 30 days only in the State of Louisiana.
   
   
4. If previously married, must provide copy of divorce.
   
   
5. Any exceptions will have to be authorized by the district judge.
   
   
6. License cost $30.00 (cash only, no checks accepted)

      7.    BOTH PARTIES MUST APPEAR.
